How to make a creamy, delicious omelette for two using Morg's Pots stainless steel cookware on our Mini Charcoal Camp Cooker. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for breakfast, whether you’re at home or camping. The omelette turns out light, fluffy, and full of flavour, and cooking it on the mini charcoal camp stove adds a great rustic touch.


Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 3 tablespoons cream (or milk for a lighter version)

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Grated cheese, fresh herbs (fresh parsley from the garden), you can add - sautéed mushrooms, or other fillings

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs and cream together until well combined. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Prepare your charcoal: Place your Morgs Pot over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt, coating the pan evenly.

  3. Make the omelette: Pour the egg mix into the pan, toss in your favourite cheese (we're fans of aged vintage cheddar), and let it cook. Pop the lid on and cook til your delicious omelette is ready to eat

  4. Serve: Since the omelette is super fluffy, there's no need to fold it—just scoop it right out of the pan and enjoy.
