BBQ Rump Steak with Garlic, Ginger & a Zingy Topping

There’s nothing quite like a BBQ rump steak cooked just right — and this one hit the spot. I kept it simple but packed in the flavour with garlic, ginger, and a splash of Maggi liquid yum yum while it sizzled in Morgs pots frypan on the BBQ.
On the side, I threw on a few vegies – whatever was in the fridge – and let them soak up all that smokey goodness.
Once off the grill, I gave the steak a bit of a twist. I topped it with creamy cottage cheese, a dash of balsamic vinegar, and a hit of chilli sauce. Sounds a bit different? Trust me – it works. The cottage cheese balances the spice, the balsamic gives it a tang, and the result is a juicy, flavour-packed steak with a whole lot of personality.
Give this one a go – quick to cook and big on flavour.
Cooked in Morgs pots on the BBQ in good ol' Morg's style!
